Shop data: We receive your shop domain and basic installation metadata from Shopify during app installation to connect the App to your store. We do not collect customer personal data or order contents.
Configuration data: Any settings you apply inside the App (for example, enable/disable toggles) are stored only to power the App’s functionality for your store.
Support communications: If you contact us for support, we will collect the contact information and details you provide so we can respond.

We keep shop and configuration data only for as long as your store uses the App. When you uninstall RZ Controller, we delete associated configuration data within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it longer.

Your Rights and Choices

Uninstalling: You may remove the App at any time from your Shopify admin. This stops further data collection and triggers our deletion process.
Access and deletion: You may request a copy of the data we maintain for your store or ask us to delete it sooner by contacting us.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
