A shared workspace for every material decision. Organize the project, explore products, and bring the team and client into the same conversation.
The need
Keep room requirements, product choices, and design feedback together as a project develops.
What we built
A designer portal with project folders, material selections, catalog search, collaboration, and client sharing.
What it enables
Move from a first palette to a clear presentation, with the details and discussion attached to the work.
Every selection, in context.
One workspace for the whole project.
Organize rooms and materials with project stages, selection numbers, quantities, tags, and product notes.
Find the material. Choose the details.
Explore products within the project.
Search the catalog with product imagery and pricing while keeping the current selection in view.
Choose the exact option.
Select the color, size, and finish before adding a material to the project.
Keep the team in the conversation.
Discuss decisions in context.
Keep project feedback beside the material board, with a shared record of the team’s comments.
Bring collaborators into the workspace.
Manage project collaborators and their access from the same place as the selections.
Share the work with the client.
A clear presentation of the palette.
Give clients a focused view of the selected materials, organized by project and room, with product details and selection tags.
Control how the project is shared.
Add named viewers or create a presentation link, with link status and view counts visible inside the project.
Actual designer-portal screens captured locally. Real products and product photography are shown with permission. Company identities, contacts, projects, comments, and quantities are demo data. Client identity and the live application link are withheld.
