The challenge

Attendance was a repetitive administrative task that needed to be faster without losing accuracy. The school also needed a dependable record of who checked in, when they arrived, and where the scan took place.

What we built

We built a QR-based attendance platform that gives each student a unique code and turns every scan into a structured attendance record. The web application brings student records, schedules, check-ins, detentions, behavior tracking, and reporting into one place for staff.

How it works

Students present a printed or digital ID at a designated reader. The system records the student, timestamp, and location automatically, while staff can search records and review attendance from a central dashboard. The result is a clearer workflow with less manual entry and a more consistent audit trail.
