The challenge

The leasing business needed a better experience on both sides of the operation: a straightforward way for customers to find a vehicle and apply, and one place for employees to manage the applications, contacts, inventory, and lease activity behind it.

What we built

We delivered a customer-facing vehicle marketplace alongside a central operations portal. Customers can browse lease options, use manual or AI-assisted search, submit an inquiry, and manage their application. Staff can manage vehicle makes and models, listings, applications, contacts, discounts, and customer activity from one system.

One connected experience

The public website and internal tools share the same operational foundation, reducing the gap between what a customer sees and what the team needs to act on. The interface keeps complex leasing data organized while giving each audience a focused path through the process.
